Welcome to YOTTA, a project management mobile application (“YOTTA,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Your privacy is important to us. 1.2. Contacts: YOTTA collects and syncs device contacts to enable Project Sharing with other users who are using this app. If you denies access to the contacts, the app will not be able to share a project with other users. But the app will still be usable to manage projects on your own. However, it is important to note that we do not upload or transfer any contact information to the cloud or any external servers. Contact information is only accessed locally on your device to identify other users of YOTTA.

1.3. Chat Content: When you use the chat feature within the Application to communicate with other users, the content of your conversations may be uploaded to our servers for the purpose of facilitating communication. However, rest assured that we do not access or share any chat data without your explicit consent. Additionally, the content remains encrypted during transmission and storage to ensure the highest level of security and privacy.

1.4. Images, Audio, and Video Files: YOTTA collects, transmits and syncs Images, Photos, Audio, Video, and Document files to enable users to manage their projects and their progress. These documents can be shared with other users on the app for communication and for personal record. If you denies access to these types of files, the app will not be able to store them and they cannot be shared with other users. But the app will still be usable and other features will work.

2. USE OF YOUR INFORMATION

2.1. General Use: We may use the information collected to operate, maintain, and improve the functionality of the Application, including providing you with support and responding to your inquiries.

2.2. Project Sharing: With your explicit permission, we may share your projects and associated files with other users of YOTTA. Project sharing is solely controlled by you, and we do not share your projects or files without your consent.

2.3. Internal Data: We may use aggregated and anonymized data for analytical purposes to improve our services and enhance the user experience. This data does not contain personally identifiable information.

3. DISCLOSURE OF YOUR INFORMATION

We do not disclose your personal information except as described in this Privacy Policy or with your consent. We may disclose your information in the following circumstances:

  • With Your Consent: We may share your information (Documents) with third parties (like whatsapp) with your consent or at your direction.

YOTTA does not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you are under 13, please do not use the Application or provide any personal information.
